David Lyman, LEED AP
These galleries sample a few projects for which I've led the Architecture and Interior Design Teams.
With the client’s programming, physical data, and all requirements known, it's been my role to develop the overall design concept, site and building planning, while preparing and delivering the many stages of Presentation Visuals.
This seamless Design Oversight ensures that the original vision is never lost.
Preliminary sketch studies and concept-refinement presentations gain client support and commitment, followed by Design Development and Construction Documentation.
In the field, Construction Administration brings the Client's Vision into full physical reality.
